Return Policy

Customer satisfaction and the quality of our products are the most important things to us. If you have any issues with your purchase please contact us and give us the opportunity to fix the issue and make sure you are completely satisfied.

We also offer a 100% money back guarantee. If for any reason you decide to return the products you received, just contact us and return the stones in their original condition within 14 days of payment for a full refund minus shipping. Our promise to you is that we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase from us, or you will receive your money back.

How to Return a Product
To keep track of returns we must authorize them prior to the stones being shipped back to us. Every return must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number assigned prior to the item being sent back. This number should be clearly written on the outside of the box, and the return must also contain a copy of your invoice with the RMA number written on it inside the box. Returns will NOT be accepted without an RMA number. We highly recommend that when sending a return you use a carrier that offers both insurance and tracking with a signature as proof of delivery, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged by the carrier in shipping. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. You can contact us if you need to return any item to us and we will be happy to assist you.

Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed it is immediately sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping. This is one of the many ways we are able to offer same day shipping on most orders. Due to our streamlined system and high volume of shipments, it may not be possible for us to cancel an order after it has been packed and is in our shipping area with hundreds of other boxes. We will always do our best to honor your request, but please be aware it may not be possible for us to prevent the shipment.

Any order that is shipped but refused by the customer will be refunded once we receive the package back minus the shipping costs from us to the customer, and any costs the shipping carrier charges for returning the package to us.
